      Sulforaphane 是存在于多種蔬菜中的天然異硫氰酸酯。Sulforaphane 增加腫瘤抑制蛋白的轉錄并抑制組蛋白脫乙酰酶的活性。Sulforaphan 可以激活 Nrf2 ,并通過 AMPK 依賴性信號傳導抑制高糖誘導的胰腺癌。 Sulforaphan 具有抗癌和抗炎活性。
